Our Mission Statement: To provide a combination of group fitness classes, and personal training sessions to get people in the best shape of their lives! Remember we are trying to crush this obesity epidemic. 

How do we achieve this goal? 

3 Supportive Forms of Accountability: 

Supportive Peer Accountability: This comes from individuals that start in the same spot as you, that will keep pushing you forward.

Alumni Accountability: This will come from our ChuloFit veterans that will pull you forward and will continue to cheer you ahead because of their past experience with us.

Dribs & Drabs / “Baby Steps” - Will Move You Forward

After establishing the plan of attack, the majority of people will doubtlessly jump right back into a fitness routine without taking baby steps. This can lead to some disappointment or discouragement that may ultimately cause major setbacks such as loss of motivation after a failed training session, or not seeing instant results. Naturally, big goals should be broken down into smaller ones so we can create some wins by helping you identify achievement and build some drive throughout your fitness journey. 

How We Keep Members Motivated!

Every single one of our members is encouraged to take advantage of our free fitness assessments, so we can find out their purpose for training with us. We are firm believers in formulating reactions with this intent. For instance, a member that wants to drop 2% body fat & lose 15 pounds in 8 weeks: the more specific the goal with a timeframe, the better. They will notice positive healthy habits, such as, taking our group fitness classes at 5am on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Also, following up with healthy post training breakfast while driving to work. During classes, we constantly motivate our members on why they started with us in the first place.
