We will offer 3 Trial Sports Specific Sessions for any athlete interested.

1st session will be an assessment/evaluation

2nd session will focus speed and agility camp

3rd session will focus on overall Strength Training

Problem with athletes: I noticed in this area a few of the athlete's struggle competing with the " big schools". The biggest reason this could be is the mental state of the young athletes. There could be multiple reasons such as; personal development, intimidation, strength and conditioning and confidence. Athletes can be very skilled in their specific sport but the moment their strength and conditioning training is lacking there will be a limit to their performance.

The Confident Athlete: Any trainer can put together a "program" and expect an athlete to get better. However, not every trainer can get into the individual athlete's physical, as well as mental game. Mental strength and confidence is crucial when it comes to today's highly competitive sports, there are not many coaches/trainers that have the time to develop such athletes. The programs we design at ChuloFit for each athlete will give them the edge they need when other athletes feel like they just can't anymore. Crucial mental endurance and development in competition with .10 seconds on the clock, a play at home and up by 1 or a push through on a few extra yards. Our athletes will be mentally and physically prepared for fast decision making and movement in clutch situations.
