Total Body Conditioning

This total body class will incorporate a combination of functional cardio and strength training exercises that will help you with your day to day activities. This class is designed to increase physical gains with the use of resistance, body weight, and high intensity exercises.These classes are intended to provide not only a full body workout but overall strength gains and total body improvements while working every major muscle group in the body.

Sports Performance Training

(Specifically built for athletes-in-training) This is a team based program, designed to increase performance and mental toughness while building team unity. All athletes at any level will see results and improvement in their ability through this program.

Personal Training

Designed for one on one or small groups. Sessions are scheduled 2 to 3 times per week focusing 100% on clients individual fitness goals and needs. Personal means that our work together does not end at the gym, you will be given nutritional advice and support throughout our fitness journey together. Personal training at Chulo fit is designed for very fast and lasting results.

Team Training

This program is designed to take the athletes performance to top notch level, our programs will improve strength, conditioning and overall agility.
